Bob's Burgers season 13 captions do not work on X1

The first four episodes of the new season of Fox's Bob's Burgers do not have closed captions when viewing on X1.  The captions seem to work just fine when viewing the episodes on the Xfinity Stream Android app, and the Xfinity Stream website on a PC.  But when you watch on a TV using X1, the captions do not display.

(The 5th episode of season 13 does have working captions, but that will likely change on October 27th when a new version of episode 5 gets uploaded.)

Hello @Tcalg thank you for reaching out through our forum. I see that you are reaching out because you are having issues with closed captions. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing. Have you tried restarting the X1 box? Unplug the box from the power source for 30 seconds and plug it back in. If you have, just let me know.

The caption issue is specific to certain episodes of Bob's Burgers, and no other program is having those problems.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I have another closed captioning issue to report...

Fox's Welcome To Flatch, season 2, episodes 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 do not have working closed captions.

Episode 3, for some reason, the captions are fine.
