Hey @user_hn41b1, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Both Barbie movies are on the HBO Max app. Does the non ASL one work if you launch it from there? Also, on the movie page in the app, if you scroll to the right do you see watch options with the other version?

When I select the regular version. Only the with asl version plays
