I'm finally ready to give in and subscribe to AMC+ for a few months to watch a couple of shows that Xfinity teased me with and then cut off mid-season ("a subscription is required ...". But the iOS app says I can't subscribe with the app, and the browser wants me to call a phone number. Calling an Xfinity phone number generally involves listening to sales pitches. And, if it's that hard to subscribe, how hard will it be to unsubscribe when I've seen the shows I want? (Actually was hoping to start with a free trial.)

(No TV, not using the box. Apparently there's some kind of device that you talk to but I would never enable something like that )

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
