Amc+ Episodes NOT available week early

I pay for amc+ through Xfinity so that I can watch shows a week early. Per amc+, world beyond should have been available 9/26/2021. As of today (10/2) the episode is still not available on Xfinity. I signed up for 1 week directly through amc+ and was able to watch this episode so the issue is with Xfinity. Why isn’t this world beyond episode available early through Xfinity? Why should I continue paying for this service when commitments are not being met?

@Eross819 Hi there, thanks for the post and understand the feedback. That is all determined by AMC. We don't have control over when episodes will be available via On Demand. The networks make those decisions.

@XfinityJodie I'm not buying this. The advanced episodes are available through amc+ directly and through Amazon prime. Xfinity is the only place it isn't available. By paying for amc+ through xfinity we can't access their app directly, it's as if we don't have an account with amc. It would be better for us to cancel through you and pay amc directly, that way we would have full access to all their programming.
