1.00 MOVIE REWARD
What are the 1.00 ==5.99 movie rental night rules for the diamond rewards program??????????--...FINALLY ...got a human on the phone and she gave contradictory answers====only ONE reward==on ONE movie!=== then she says..!..ONE movie per day!!! and then As many as you want provided they're 5.99..How hard is it to put the requirements.....OR ANSWER A QUESTION!..I sent and email....surprise I got a FORM LETTER==DID NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION ===same with the new phone===all it says is "eligible" phones==but it doesn't say which are eligible==== . FORGET XFINITY "ASSISTANT" WORTHLESS AS THEIR PHONE TREE. both questions have to date been unanswered....

You can learn more about exactly how our Xfinity Rewards work here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-rewards-faq. The amount of free movie rentals or rewards you can receive does vary, as there are times multiple movies may be available in the same month, however, normally it is one free rental per month, again depending on your level of Rewards. I would also be more than happy to look into this further to see which rewards you should be eligible for, to ensure you are receiving all the Xfinity rewards you are rightfully due, no problem at all. It is, I think. For me, the "View the Details and Restrictions" link in that offer says:
