Blank screen showing after selecting “unsubscribe from Hulu”

I am following the instructions provided to cancel my Hulu Subscription through Xfinity. By going to my settings on my Xfinity TV, Selecting apps and subscriptions, And then selecting  “unsubscribe from Hulu“ - However, I am then brought to a blank screen instead of a confirmation screen. Any support article just provides the same instructions for unsubscribing or says to contact us, but does not give instructions on how to contact.. It just provides a link to the virtual assistant messenger, Which provides the same instructions. It’s extremely frustrating and seems like Xfinity is making it impossible to cancel.

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message. 


  Click "Sign In" if necessary


 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it
