Zero to 1 bars at a middle school with 1000 students that has been there for 70 years.

Hi, I am an Xfinity mobile customer. We pick our child up recently from <EDIT: Removed Personal Information>  The service is almost non-existant. I have a new iPhone 17.  It is definitely a service issue. Parents go to games, wait for kids, etc.  Its brutal.  Please improve support.

Hey there, @user_6wwyqv, thanks for reaching out through the Xfinity Forums regarding your account. We would be happy to help with your Xfinity Mobile concerns. Is this the only location where you are having issues with your services?

there are places that are not so great, but this is a public school.  no doubt, many others have this issue.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I can understand how frustrating that would be, especially when you're trying to stay connected during games and other events.

To help narrow things down, are you experiencing the issue with data, calling, or both? When you're at that location, does your iPhone show multiple bars of signal, one or two bars, or "SOS" mode? Also, have you noticed if the service improves once you leave the area, or is the issue limited to that specific location?

If possible, have you also tried toggling Airplane Mode on and off for about 30 seconds and confirming that your device is running the latest iOS version? This can help refresh the connection to the network.
