“Your Xfinity Internet service is not active”

I’ve been on with at least 9 different agents and no one has solved the issue. Can someone please help? Every time I try to connect to xfinitywifi when away from home, I get: “Your Xfinity Internet service is not active.” But I’m a customer and this issue has only recently happened.

If you are still having trouble, a support specialist will contact you in this thread with further instructions.

First, we can try some steps here to see if we can navigate the issue. Can you cover any troubleshooting you tried so far? Does this happen with any Hotspot you try to access? Are you an Xfinity Mobile customer? Do you get the same error with both the XFINITY and xfinitywifi Hotspots?
