Xfinity mobile network becoming worst n worst

I am extremely disappointed with the Xfinity Mobile network quality in San Jose, even within main city limits. This is not an issue with a single device — multiple phones on my family plan are consistently experiencing poor signal strength, slow data speeds, dropped connections, and unreliable service.

What is most frustrating is that the network performance has noticeably become worse over time instead of improving. I already contacted support, but the response I received was simply that “no issues were observed,” which does not reflect the actual experience of multiple users on this account.

I am paying for mobile service that should work reliably in a major city like San Jose. At this point, the service quality is affecting normal day-to-day usage, and generic responses without proper investigation are unacceptable.

I request that this issue be escalated to the network engineering or advanced technical team for a serious review of coverage and congestion in the San Jose area. Please do not close this complaint with a standard scripted response. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of what actions are being taken to address the declining network quality.
