WI-Fi Calling

I live in an area that previous had poor cellar reception. In the past I typically only got 1 or two bars on the phone. Even though my cellar reception was poor I very seldom had any problems sending or receiving phone calls. I believe this was because most of my calls were being done using WI-FI and not the cellar network. Last May Verizon upgrade their network in my area. Now I consistently get four or five bars on my phone. Since the cellar network upgrade I am now experiencing problems making or receiving phone calls. Problems include drop calls and/or I can hear the person on the other end but they can't hear me. This only happens when the calls are using the cellar network and not when WI-FI calling is being used. Is there any way to force my phone only to use WI-FI calling when I am at home?

hawk724 Hi there! Thanks for reaching out with your Wifi calling and cellular situation. We are happy to work together to help you and turn your experience around. When you are at home you can disable the cellular device in the settings so you are only on Wi-FI then you would have to turn it on. What kind of device are you using and I can look a little more into this.
