"Unsupported message type" voicemail with Xfinity NOW Wireless

Hello,

I have Xfinity Wireless NOW and am having an issue. I keep getting "Unsupported message type" voicemails from one phone number. I have tried to block the number but they are still able to leave a voicemail which they never leave anything. I would like to stop them from even reaching my voicemail. I have my voicemail box set up correctly as others have left messages.

Hello, TripleGGG1959! Thank you for reaching out! Have you tried blocking the number on your mobile device?

Sadly the voicemail calls have returned. I wish there was a way to stop them totally.

Can someone help me how to do this? "To stop blocked numbers from leaving voicemails, you'll need to block them at the carrier level, rather than just on your phone. This typically involves contacting your phone service provider to request that blocked numbers be prevented from leaving voicemails, as it's a feature managed by your carrier, not your device. "
