Hi there, @user_50ln4h. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear about the TV freezing. That can definitely be frustrating. If the troubleshooting via the app came back without a problem shown, it could be a few things. If it is a specific channel, that channel feed could be having a problem on the networks side. You could also have an issue with your HDMI or coaxial cable. Making sure both are connected securely to the TV/Box and even unplugging and reseating the HDMI may be helpful. Is this still going on?
