Texting to vote on a tv show with shared mobile account
I share xfinity mobile account with my husband. I voted last night on Dancing With the Stars 10 times. Then I went to vote on his phone. A pop up came up saying something about there may be charges for text so I cancelled. That did not come up on my phone and we've never had it before. Shouldn't his phone have allowed the texts?

Hi there @lusterav ! If your husbands phone has active XFINITY Mobile service with us, there should be no charge for a simple text. To know more about the nature of this issue, could you explain at what point that message came up and where on the device?
