technical support

I can receive and respond to text messages but can not initiate a text.  Sometimes it says I'm not connected to internet, but I am.  All other devices work that are on WIFI.

With posting in the Xfinity Mobile topic, have you attempted to restart your phone/device as well as attempt to send a text message through WiFi and Cellular to see if you are able to successfully send a message.
