SIM service provider unlock PIN request

I have a closed ECM ticket for a device unlock that wasn't resolved. My Moto G Stylus 5G is still network locked and asking for a SIM unlock PIN (this is NOT a number transfer, the number has already been transferred to a new carrier, I just need to network unlock the device itself). Can an agent please help me generate the code?
