Problems accessing email from my iPhone 16 Pro Max

Can't access my Xfinity email account on my iPhone 16 Pro Max for last 4 days. Today I went to the Apple store, and they helped me delete then reinstall my account with a new password.  This worked for less than 2 hours. Now once again I'm getting the same messages on my iPhone that the Comcast app is currently unavailable. So I'm once again forced to get my email from my desktop. Had this email account for over 25 years and used it successfully with my iPhones for over 15 years.

How were you accessing your email before the problem started?

I also did all of the steps and I get it back and then just lost again

I have the same issue... I just deleted and added my account on my iPhone. Initially received email, but within a few hours it stopped working again. Same with my iPad. There seems to be an issue here! Please advise.

Hello user_tt299t thanks so much for contributing to the conversation here on our Xfinity Forums! When setting up Xfinity Email via a third-party server, it is important to ensure all email setting are accurate and that Third Party email access has been enabled via Xfinity Email settings.
