Poor signal strenght
I am a new Xfinity Mobile subscriber for about a week. The signal strength at home (zip code 88011) is two bars. At work,(zip code 88044) is very poor, 1 bar and mobile hot spot will not work.
This is very disappointing for multiple people at work. We even have a expensive singal booster at work with no increase of signal strenght.
I had Cricket and AT&T and switched to Xfinity for cost savings, which worked much better, but these savings will not do me any good if the service is bad.
Is there anything I can do to enhance the signal by boosting the signal strenght near both zip codes?

Hey @user_mspyoy, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Mobile service. Signal boosters will not work and we do not have the ability to boost any signals. A variety of factors can affect the signal quality such as building materials, case, and more.
Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
If you are unable to connect to any Xfinity Hotspots, we do recommend connecting to an available WiFi connection and enabling WiFi Calling which will allow you to use the device over a wireless connection versus a cellular connection.
