Not able to Call n msg

It's been 2 weeks still I'm not able to call or msg. This is ridiculous. Noone is able to solve the issue than why should I pay to use ur service.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

I did all this more than 10 times but still, this is not solved. Do you still expect me to pay 1 months charges without using ur service.

I never knew you had this kind of bad service. I would have never opted for Xfinity if I knew this earlier.
