No Network Coverage

Xfinity Mobile network has become intolerably frustrating and downright misleading.

I am located in Cypress, TX, and despite my Samsung S24 Ultra displaying 3/5 network bars, people constantly complain that my phone claims I am out of the network area. Adding insult to injury, there is no notification on my phone indicating any issue.

I've even activated Wi-Fi calling to mitigate the poor network conditions, yet the situation has deteriorated from bad to worse.

I doubt there is anyone monitoring or capable of addressing this glaring issue.

This is beyond frustrating and utterly useless; I will unquestionably abandon Xfinity once my device is paid off if there is no network improvement. This shoddy service is not worth paying for. I am prepared to switch to a pricier network like AT&T or Verizon. If cost were a primary concern, people would be flocking to prepaid services

user_296808, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand the frustration that is caused when you do not have a full signal as a mobile subscriber. I would have the same concern too if I saw all those complaints. We offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused and we would surely miss your business. You've come to the right place. Our team of experts specializes in resolving mobile service concerns such as this over social media. We can help. To get started, would you mind confirming the signal strength on the Samsung device? Here is the steps below.

To determine the signal strength on an Android device:

Select Settings > About Phone > Status > SIM Card Status > Signal Strength (this will appear as a negative number).

The closer the number is to 0, the better the signal strength.

Note: Signal strength can also be tested with the Pocket Geek app.
