Thank you for using our forums @user_unmket it sounds like you are attempting to take advantage of the millions of WIFI hotspots that Xfinity offers throughout the country. If you have Xfinity mobile it should auto-connect to those networks. If you are attempting to access the hotspots as soley an Xfinity internet customer there are some additional steps.
1. You will want to make sure you are in range of a Xfinity Wi-Fi HOTSPOT, you can check this by using our Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspot map at https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi/hotspot-map-mobile simply just insert your zip code, and you will see the hotspots near you!
2. Once you are in range you will head to the Wi-Fi settings on your phone so that you can join the network named either xfinitywifi, XFINITY, or Xfinity Mobile. I would recommend selecting the option that is password protected as this will always be the most secure option.
3. You will then be prompted to enter your Xfinity Credentials, once you have successfully completed this step you will automatically connect to any near Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspots when going out on any adventures.
