New Port & No Texts

I recently ported four phones from AT&T to Xfinity and one will not receive texts from non-Xfinity or non-Verizon customers. I've been on with XFinity support now for over 6 hours and no resolution.  Reset mobile network settings several times, downloaded new e-sims several times and still no resolution.  I've been told to wait a few hours to see what happens. I think that's just their way of getting rid of me. 

I wasn't receiving short text codes either for some applications. I'm now assuming the ones I'm not receiving don't use XFinity or Verizon as their mobile provider. 

Another interesting tidbit is my line is not part of the device billing but it shows up as an active line on the account.  

I've worked with three different customer service representatives in India.  They've tried to resolve it three different ways and still nothing.

@user_8nc0jo When did the port take effect? Are you able to make/receive phone calls? Also verify the cellular network is properly selected. Power off the phones, then back on. It could just be that the porting process hasn't fully completed.
