Mobile Service Still Down

My and my wife's mobile data has been down since this morning. Is there any update or solution for this problem?

Are you currently seeing a 4G or 5G symbol at the top near the cellular bars? Are some applications working and some not? Do you see SOS in the top navigation bar? Is data use turned on? Please provide us with as much information as possible so we can assist in troubleshooting further. Hope to hear from you soon.
