mobile app not working keeps asking me to activate my modem

I just received this issue today - I have uninstalled the app and resinstalled it.   It keeps asking me to sign in but I have to activate my modem.  I do not have Xfinity internet and my modem is working just fine - I'm not activating something when it already works and the app was working fine this morning.

Are you using your primary username in order to sign in to your account? Have you tried using the website and are you having the same issues or just with the app?
