Lightening
We had lightening strike nearby and immediately I lost connection to the xfinity mobile network. I talked with xfinity assistant who told me to go into safe mode and reconnect to the network. I went into safe mode but how do I reconnect to the network?

You can usually go back into standard/stock mode by restarting the mobile device or going through the screen menu to restart. Are you still experiencing issues? Please let us know.
