Intermittent SOS‑Only Drops on iPhone 16 Pro (Xfinity Mobile)

Hi, I’m having an issue with my iPhone 16 Pro on Xfinity Mobile where the phone randomly goes into SOS‑only for 10–30 seconds, then recovers on its own. This happens everywhere, not just in one location.

Signal strength is fine, and the phone never shows “No Service” — only SOS, which means it’s still attached to the Verizon network but losing IMS/VoLTE registration.

I’ve already confirmed:

• 5G Auto is enabled
• No VPN or security apps
• No carrier settings update available
• Issue happens across multiple locations

Since this is a global IMS/VoLTE attach issue, can you please help with a full backend eSIM/IMS reprovisioning?
(Not just removing/re‑adding the eSIM on the phone — I need the backend profile deleted and a new one generated.)

Thank you.
