Hi there, I hope you're having a good holiday! I do apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve incoming Xfinity calls going straight to voicemail, first, check the phone itself by ensuring the ringer volume is up and checking for any active Do not Disturb or call forwarding settings on the phone. Next, check your Xfinity account online to disable any active call forwarding rules or change the "Number of rings before forwarding" setting. Finally, if these steps don't work, reset your Xfinity modem.-Richard
@XfinityRichard I was referring to my mobile devices. Both mine & my husbands phones keep doing it. I did my research and I did all of the above mentioned fix attempts. However, even using the search feature on my mobile, I could not locate the call forwarding option, which we never use but nonetheless. It's impossible to navigate your website, can't ever find an answer on anything. Your assistant bot is useless, when you ask a question, she never has an answer or an option regarding the question and refuses to connect me to a live person. I signed up with you in April and could not be more frustrated with your mobile service. We brought our existing phones so we did not get any of the phone apps from Xfinity that would have come had I bought a new phone from you guys. I inquired via a live phone call and they could not comprehend what I was talking about. We are seniors, we both have health issues and cannot risk not being able to get in touch with each other. PLEASE don't make me have to shop elsewhere for service. Patiently waiting for suggestions. THANK YOU.

I have the same problem and same frustration with the xfinity website. I can't even figure out how to get to xfinity mobile, except to buy more services, let alone find options to change call forwarding or number of rings. My problem is not with all calls, just some calls. I updated the OS on the phone, and of course restarted it, but problem persists. Other xfinity phone in the house doesn't seem to have issues, so unlikely due to modem.
@user_579cc0 I just tried calling my wife's phone with my phone, and only got "call ended" no ring or anything. That's worse than calls going to voicemail.
I am also having this problem. I will have 2 or more bars and my calls are going straight to voicemail. I have missed three important calls from my doctor. Please advise on the fix for this.
