Incentive is a scam or seems like it.

Had endless discussions and conversations with Xfinity about an “100$ incentive” which was supposed to come in the first 30 days, then 90 days. One phone call that “escalated” my case , the incentive tracker is a scam because it focuses on a cable program incentive and not any of the other services. It’s clear that Xfinity knows this and just doesn’t care because it’s how they bring in new customers.  [Edited: Profanity],

user_afgonm Thank you so much for stopping by our Community forums about our incentives. We do have lots of incentive offers that customers receive all the time, but anytime you do not receive something you are expecting on time, it can be frustrating. With most of our incentive offers, they do not kick in till after the 30-day mark due to our 30 money money-back options. After that, 30 days is when most offers start tracking, but the 90 days can come into play with specific offers, like adding new lines to Xfinity mobile. I would be happy to help make sure you get the help you need with your incentive. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
