I’m not receiving OTP messages or OTP calls after porting my number
I ported my number today and got a digital SIM. However, after porting, I am not receiving OTP messages or OTP calls. I can make normal calls and send/receive regular messages, but OTPs are not coming through.
I went to an Xfinity store and also spoke with a live advisor from customer service, but my issue was not resolved. It seems like nobody can fix this.
I have seen many people experiencing the same issue on AT&T, Verizon, and other community forums, but I haven’t found a solution that works.
Can someone please help me resolve this issue?
