How to file a complaint
Tonight my internet just wouldn’t stay connected. The only thing the messages do is send links which cannot be used obviously with no internet. Stupid. I got a friend to look up the phone number it was 6 pm Saturday night and I got some other country person who was so arrogant and argued there was nothing wrong and refused to get her manager. Refused. I asked 8 times. I told her the call was recorded and I’m filing a complaint and hung up. She call harassed me calling repeatedly for twenty minutes. This is insane.how do I request Xfinity fire her for being a psychopath.and then I still never got my internet fixed. And there was no way to get anyone to help.
