Great service for once
I want to commend Natalia Torres, Assistant Store Manager at the Comcast Corporate office at 117th and Marshfield in Chicago. After countless hours speaking to people on the phone for whom English was not their first language and been promised much but little delivered, a visit to the Xfinity center close to my home, where I got absolutely wrong advice, that office sent me to the Corporate office. After 3 1/2 days and 3 visits, Natalia finally got my phone service transferred. She was patient and very helpful so, after dealing with so much ineptness and incorrect information in your customer service last week, it was very refreshing to have Natalia get my phone working again. Please make sure TPTB get this message. Thank you.
