If you tell Xfinity mobile they are misleading you, you may find the e-Sim card in your phone wiped. That's what happed to me 2 days ago. Thankfully, I already knew how to download/install new e-SIM software using Wi-Fi. Just telling you this for "awareness", in case you tell the Xfinity Mobile person you don't agree with them, and want the issue escalated. -Allen in Chicago
