cannot call internationally

tried for 2 days to get it fixed it still doesn't work. it looks like i am not the only one with this issue. i have 2 phones one beeps twice and hangs up the other one says the phone is not on call  international which is not correct. i am so looking forward to talking to the person on 611 again

I'm sorry that the mobile lines are failing and not completing the calls. I know it's vital to stay connected, so I would love to help out to make sure your services are working fully, and you are able to complete the calls. 

Have you been able to make calls to this number previously? Is the called number a mobile number or a home phone number?

we just joined xfinity mobile a week and a half ago. after a week of trying to get it fixed with no luck i believe i have come to the end of my patience and the end of xfinity mobile. i told the saleslady that it was essential for the calling to korea when o got the phones. then saturday i was told it was the modem in my internet box that was causing the issue. they transferred me to the internet folks they told me my line had internet problems. i am not doing this game anymore.    thanks for answering

Hey @user_knfsk0, We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and express your concerns regarding the International Long-Distance calling. With being an active Xfinity Mobile member for only 1.5 weeks, Xfinity Mobile members can only make calls to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico during the first 45 days after activating their service. After this period, they can use their service in over 215 destinations worldwide. As the lines to not meet this criteria, calls would be limited to only the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
