Calls Not Coming Through Using Wifi Calling

I am experiencing similar issues while using Wi-Fi calling.  Random phone calls will not come through and being sent directly to voicemail with no missed call notifications.  I have a steady internet connection  and do not have any interruption there--only that the Wi-Fi calling seems to timeout.   I have attempted all of the suggestions above, but still seem to be missing calls.  Any further insight or suggestions?
