Why can’t I retrieve my emails on my mail app on my iPhone. I keep getting a pop up saying password incorrect. I changed my password but I need to know how synchronize Comcast’s mail to my phone email

Steps to Fix Comcast Email Syncing:
  • Update Password in Settings: Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts, tap your Comcast account, and look for an option to re-enter the password.
  • Remove and Re-add Account (Recommended):
    1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
    2. Tap on your Comcast account and select Delete Account.
    3. Restart your iPhone.
    4. Go back to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
    5. Select Other, then Add Mail Account, and enter your credentials.

Good morning @user_thekam, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I can understand the frustration of an error on the email app on your phone after you have already updated the email password on the Xfinity website, but you have come to the right place for assistance. Have you tried the steps above posted by @DreamSayerZ by chance?
