Access Denied to Xfinitywifi

Hello, 

Up to recently, I have been able to switch on and off of "xfinitywifi" hotspot, since I like to use it while at work. However, recently, i've been getting "access denied" messages and am unable to use it anymore. I have been able to solve this by using the app for "xfinitymobile" on my phone, but I can't do that for my laptop. It is hard when I am traveling to somewhere with spotty wifi, but can't use the xfinitywifi hotspot all of a sudden. 

I have tried forgetting the network, kicking devices off of the "connected devices" of the hotspot list, and then logging in again. However, all to no avail, all methods still result in a "access denied" page. 

Why is this? Is there anything for me to do about this?
