Package/plan specialist
I am trying to change my xfinity plan for tv and internet. Every time I call customer service I get misinformation and am told different things by every agent I speak to. How do I find someone who specializes/only job is to find new customers and who knows absolutely everything about the plans so I am not mislead and I get what I need?
