Xfinity Voice Problems

I can not make a phone call from my land line! Every attempt results in a busy signal. I tried swamping out the modem, Had five tech visits (changed the drop once), Numerous chat sessions,

I even tried contacting corporate. I don't know what else to do.

Let us get started by having you send us a private message so we can take a dive into this. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
