Xfinity Voice issues after porting landline number from comcast business to xfinity residential account
I am getting the error 'Sorry, but something went wrong. Please contact us to reactivate your service' when accessing connect.xfinity.com/voice. I recently ported this landline number from a Comcast Business account to a new Xfinity Residential account. The phone line works via *99, but this is a database provisioning mismatch. Please have a tier-2 or back-office agent re-provision my Voice service feature profile and link it to my new residential Xfinity ID.
