xfinity land line users

When we use our Xfinity land line and talk to another Xfinity land line user, after talking for 30 minutes (not too long for talking to relatives) we are cut off...the call simply stops.  You have to call back to continue (not a huge problem) but why does it cut us off?  It has occurred with other Xfinity land line customers.  Does this happen to other customers?

Hi there, user_yy3px8! Thanks for reaching out here on the Community Forum! That is certainly a frustrating issue to have your calls drop! Do you notice any issues with non-XFINITY voice users at all? I am also interested if you run into any issues with your internet when this occurs. Thanks!
