port-out of my Xfinity Voice home landline to NumberBarn
I need assistance with a pending port-out of my Xfinity Voice home landline to NumberBarn. NumberBarn submitted the port more than 7 business days ago and reports that it is still waiting for Xfinity approval. I cannot get through to a live agent. Please check the pending port request, tell me whether it has been approved or rejected, and provide/confirm the Port Out PIN if one is required.

Hello @user_01ln7d, and thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums.
The porting of landline phone numbers is considered a 'pull' process made by the winning carrier (eg. the Company you are porting your number TO.)
The winning carrier handles the porting request from their end, and unlike transfers through mobile carriers, it can typically take up to 10-15 full business days to complete. (Weekends and Holidays do not count toward this.)
The winning carrier will typically ask for your phone number, account information, and service address to begin the transfer process. In the case of a landline, there is no specific Pin typically assigned for a residential landline number, and the default pin would be "0000."
It's important to keep your Xfinity Voice service active until the port has been completed successfully. Canceling the phone service before the transfer is finished can result in the loss of the phone number.
Once the new provider completes the port request and the number transfers successfully, they will generally notify Xfinity as part of the process. If your Xfinity Voice service is part of a bundle, you may also want to review how removing the phone service could impact your remaining services and pricing before making any changes.
If you would like for us to look into this for you further, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address. Once we have you verified on the account, we can look into this further for you to see if we've yet received the completed request.
