Phone number not working

Yesterday I had a chat to find out information about better plans for me.

I said no.

I said no

I said that was not enough saving.

Then I got an email saying my entire plan had been changed.

I never saw an earlier email explaining the plan. I never opened that email. I never clicked to agree to a change.

I first called, then went to the store, then called, chatted, chatted. Called, chatted, and messaged.

By evening I found out that TCM had been removed from my plan.

Netflix canceled and my phone number removed and disconnected.

This is not my idea of saving money. And the new plan isn't even less expensive.

Now I am Just waiting.

I am told my old plan is not offered..

I am told I am now on a contract.

I was not on a contract. I have always paid more not to be on a contract.

I would appreciate help
