No Phone Service since modem replaced

A few weeks ago I had to replace my modem.  Although I didn't notice for a while I have no phone service.  I've tried all of the suggested ways to restore service without success.  I have restarted things several times and tried different phone jacks.  Still no dial tone and can't receive calls.  Fortunately, I use my cell phone for most calls but like to have the home number for back up.

Thank you again for your time working with us. It was a pleasure to resolve this for you so you have your services back up and running. As a recap, the new modem had not provisioned for home phone service and we were able to send those signals and get it working.

Since we confirmed everything is working, we will go ahead and close out this post. If you need assistance down the road, please create a new post and we will be happy to help. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and upcoming holidays!
