I Apologize for sending a message without an invite. I didn't know the rules or that there even were any. I just saw in another post about posting to xfinity official employee was what to do. So if you can help me now, the issue is I don't have voip voice service upon switching to xfi gateway. There is no dial tone. What do I need to do?

Please help. No dial tone after upgrading modem. Have gone through trouble shooting prompts multiple times without success. My phone is A T & T 6. Is that the problem? Do I need to buy a new phone? HELP
