Hey @user_cwwroa, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We can most certainly help assist with the Xfinity Voice No Dial Tone issue. With the recent modem, the Xfinity Voice service most likely just needs to be activated and provisioned before it will begin working.
Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
