We are elederly, ill ,and not that tech savvy.  We were able to install our new modem and now have no dial tones on our land lines which we need.  I have called multiple times and the modem has been reset multiple times and we have done the trouble shooting we are capable of.  We need a visit from Xfinity and cannot seem to arrange it.  The frustration has reached an incredible level.  How do  you assist older people?
