Lines in use, blind vision impaired.
Give me a brake, They wanted to send a tech and scenior supervisor out here, after Joshowa was just out here. I know there was scheduled maintainance in the area, which may disrupped service. But, I mean this phone home phone loss occured after a speed decrease from 500 to 300 MB. Give me a brake.

We understand your frustration, especially since you've already had a technician out and are now being asked to schedule another visit. We also recognize how important having reliable home phone service is, particularly with your vision impairment.
Changing your Internet speed from 500 Mbps to 300 Mbps shouldn't normally interrupt your home phone service. However, since the issue began after that change, we'd want to investigate whether something happened during the update rather than assume another technician visit is necessary.
We'd also want to review the recent maintenance in your area and the findings from Joshua's visit before recommending any additional appointments.
Just to clarify, did your home phone stop working immediately after the speed change, or did the issue begin sometime afterward?
