Hi @RV85, sorry to hear your calls are going straight to voicemail. Please check the ringer on your phone to make sure it is turned on. If the phone rings a half ring on incoming calls, Call Forwarding may be activated, and so we'll want to check that as well. By the way, had you tried any of the troubleshooting steps using the My Account app?
