Landline ported by hacker
My landline phone line was ported out by a hacker and now comcast says they cannot port it back. This is a phone number which I've had with Comcast since they started phone service. Now they say, even though I did not order the port out, they cannot get it back. All my business and personal contacts have this number as a contact and now they cannot get back to me. I have a 2nd line but that's just a fax line and that line works. I've spoken to two reps and no one can help. Who can I contact to getback my illegally ported-out phone number?

If this port-out was the result of a hack or cyber-attack, you may need to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team and report the incident. You can reach them by phone between the hours of 8am and 12am (Eastern), 7 days a week by calling 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-964-6489 and asking for the "CSA Team" by name, or by visiting https://spa.xfinity.com.
