Hey @user_bhrqas. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. With our Xfinity Voice, there should be no reason why the call would drop after 30 minutes. Do you think this could be a setting or feature on your handset or the battery getting low? Do you currently subscribe to our Xfinity Internet service and notice the Internet connection dropping the same time to phone call drops? Please let us know at your next available convenience.

The landline we are using is a basic Vtech model and none of the settings or features has anything to do with the drop. The battery is always fully charged; when not in use it is sitting in the charging station. I do subscribe to the Xfinity internet service and do not notice the internet connection having any issues when the landline phone drops. The latest drop occurred today while talking with our daughter at 29m 50s. Looking at the call history, I see that we talked with her 1 week ago and that call lasted 24m 30s and that call did not drop. I have not restarted the gateway because it keeps telling me I am getting 119%of my plan speed.

You might want to review https://www.xfinity.com/corporate/customers/policies/voiceservices to make sure you are not violating any of the policies listed there, especially the items listed under the "What activities are prohibited by this Policy?" heading.
