INTERNATIONAL CALLING CHARGES EVERY MONTH, EVEN THOUGH I PAY FOR THE INTERNATIONAL 300 MINUTES EVERY MONTH AND ONLY USE ~ 20 MINUTES TOTAL

INTERNATIONAL CALLING CHARGES EVERY MONTH, EVEN THOUGH I PAY FOR THE INTERNATIONAL 300 MINUTES EVERY MONTH AND ONLY USE ~ 20 MINUTES TOTAL. THIS IS ON MY LANDLINE. THE AMOUT OF COST IS NEGLIAGABLE BUT THE POINT IS WHY AM I PAYING FOR INTERNATIONAL ALLOWANCE AND YOU STILL CHARGE ME. LAST FEW MONTHS YOU HAVE CANCELLED HE CHARGES, BUT NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM AT YOUR END THAT IS CAUSING THIS. URGENT

I would be happy to take a look at your billing details to ensure you have the correct Xfinity Voice Services on your plan to ensure you are not getting fees in the future.
